How to Pay Via Direct Wire and Western Union
Dear Applicants and Students:
Because payments made in Bitcoin go directly to our University account, all students are encouraged to make payment via Bitcoin. Bitcoin is the new international currency and, more than that, Bitcoin is an international payment system that will allow our students to make payments across borders at a fraction of typical wire costs. Moreover, with many of the new Bitcoin payment services, students can make payments in Bitcoin without actually holding Bitcoin currency, as necessary funds are deducted from your bank account or debit card or credit card and converted automatically to the appropriate amount of Bitcoin currency.
You will have to set up your own Bitcoin account, and as with any bank account, you will have to prove who you are and where you are, and you will have to link your Bitcoin account to your existing bank account, debit card, or credit card account. Some services let you send a wire transfer in your own currency. Proving who you are generally requires a copy of a passport, national ID card, Drivers License and in many cases, a utility bill.
Depending on your country, our Accounts Section will help and guide you through the process, and once set up, payments can be made easily, instantaneously, and very cheaply. Further instructions will be given in your Invoice, and students are reminded of our technology requirements which necessitate that you to be able to master this new form of payment.
How It Works
1. Set up your Bitcoin Account.
As mentioned above, you will need a Bitcoin account, and the process differs with each country. We only recommend Coinbase at this time, and many services have programs that allow anyone in the world to send payments in Bitcoin, yet not have to hold Bitcoin currency. Further instructions appear in your Invoice. Our helpful Guide is here:

2. Use of Payment Buttons:
Below you will find “Payment Buttons” applicable to your school. When you click on a Payment Button, you will receive a Code that you can use to make a payment. The Code will only be valid for 15 minutes. This is due to currency fluctuations, so be sure you are ready to make a payment when you click on a Payment Button. But don’t worry, if you cannot make a payment in time, the code will expire and you can click on the Payment Button again at a later time. Clicking on the Payment Button will NOT deduct any money from you. It only presents you with a payment code. Only you can make a payment from your Bitcoin account.
3. Screen shots
When you Click on a Payment Button Below, you will arrive at the following Screen. Please fill in the information and then click on “Checkout” at the bottom. Do Not click on “Place Order”
When you click on CheckOut, you will then receive your Bitcoin Code, and you will have 15 minutes to copy/paste the code into your Bitcoin Payment Account at Coinbase. Don’t worry, if you are hesitant or want to think about things, nothing will happen, the Code will expire. If you want to make the payment, start the process again by clicking on our Payment Buttom below,a nd a new 15 minute code will be generated. Remember, you are not buying, selling, or holding any bitcoin at any time. Your US dollar account will be debited by the amount of US dollars you are paying to us, and it is of no concern to you how many bitcoins we receive, which fluctuates just like any other currency.
