There are no refunds, No exceptions.
Our tuition costs are kept to an absolute minimum. When payments are made by a student, contracts are initiated with faculty, as most of our faculty are part-time adjunct faculty. We believe that our tuition is lower than for any other programs, either based on an annual cost or by credit. Before making any payment, please be sure you want to commence the program, because we offer no refunds for any reason.
Tuition fees include ALL textbooks and other learning materials. You will not have to pay anything further for your education. Normally, students elsewhere have to pay about $500 per course for texts, which amounts to $1500 per term, or up to $4500 additional per year. We eliminate all costs for textbooks and learning materials, except for occasional “lab fees”, see below. Textbooks are supplied to students free in PDF form. So please keep in mind that our fees include all learning materials as well. All tuition fees include a no interest payment plan as well as a discount for advance lump sum payment.
(1) Application Fee: NONE, Please feel free to apply at any time.
(2) Graduation Fee: $350 USD. Billed after program completion, this fee covers preparation and distribution of Graduation Package, including preparation of the final Academic Record, calculation of GPA, finalization of permanently available Transcript online, Instructions from Staff concerning issuance of final papers, creation of Degree certificate in pdf form.
(3) Undergraduate-Bachelor Degree Programs: $2950 USD with Payment plan [$1200 USD initial payment; 7 monthly payments of $250 USD.]
(4) Master’s Degree Programs: $3750 USD with payment plan [$1350 USD down payment at enrollment, and 8 monthly payments of $300 USD thereafter]; or $3400 USD advance lump sum payment.
(5) Dissertation-Only PhD program: $3750 USD with payment plan [$1350 USD down payment at enrollment, and 8 monthly payments of $300 USD thereafter]; or $3400 USD advance lump sum payment per year, if dissertation period greater than 1 year, otherwise full $3750 USD required. [However, no payment is due until pre-planning prior to Acceptance is completed, and your basic thesis topic and proposed scope of work is approved, which may take 1-2 months].
(6) Most Doctoral Programs: $3,750 USD with payment plan [$1350 USD down payment at enrollment, and 8 monthly payments of $300 USD thereafter]; or $3400 USD advance lump sum payment. See Payment Plan Table Below.
(7) Some 2 year-4 month Doctoral Programs [now Discontinued]: Tuition including all Textbooks and Learning Materials. $3750 USD/year billed as follows:
YEAR 1: $3,750 USD with payment plan [$1350 USD down payment at enrollment, and 8 monthly payments of $300 USD thereafter]; or $3400 USD advance lump sum payment.
YEAR 2: $3,750 USD with payment plan [$1350 USD down payment at enrollment, and 8 monthly payments of $300 USD thereafter]; or $3400 USD advance lump sum payment.
YEAR 3 (the final 4 month term): $1875 USD [Includes preparation of final Transcript, creation and issuance of Graduation Package.]
TOTAL Cost Of Program Tuition: $9375 USD [$8675 USD if annual advance lump sums paid]
The Faculty contemplates that 4-6 months is sufficient time to complete the appropriate dissertation; however additional tuition may be required if the student requires another year to finalize their independent work.
(8) Medical School: $4250 USD with payment plan [$1550 USD down payment at enrollment, and 9 monthly payments of $300 USD thereafter]; or $3750 USD advance lump sum payment per year.
(9) Student Re-instatement Fee: $500 USD per time. This fee is only applicable to students being reinstated after suspension for non-tuition payments, in case of an academic suspension, or after withdrawal.
(10) Texts and Other Learning Materials: Included in tuition cost above.
(11) Lab Fees: Nominal lab fees may be required for one or more “lab” type courses in some programs. Typically, these are less than $200.
(12) Lab Supplies for Dissertation Students: Although not a requirement, some students in our science programs choose to conduct some simple experiments at home or in association with their employment labs. Any costs must be paid for by the student. Please note that the majority of dissertations are “review” type articles, books, videos, or otherwise that do not require any additional costs.
(13) Recommendation Letter: $200 USD per letter, no hard copies issued, only digital delivery via email or via receiving institution link. The Registrar’s Office will select who can issue a recommendation letter based on Faculty availability.
