Blue Marble University operates out of the Commonwealth of Dominica. Although international students are not concerned about US accreditation, our US students typically wonder can they use our Blue Marble University PhD Degrees in the United States.
Foreign Education is regularly used in the United States for federal, State, and private employment, as well as for post-graduate teaching and research, when deemed equivalent to US education.
Since 2010, our PhD and other doctoral degrees have been considered equivalent to US colleges and universities. As far as is known, graduates of Blue Marble University PhD Degree programs that have sought it, have been able to obtain Certificates of Equivalency from foreign education credential evaluators which pass upon the merits of foreign education.
In June, 2021, Blue Marble University PhD degrees became formally recognized as being the same as US university degrees, by the world’s foremost authority on foreign education credentials, CUFCE [cufce.org]. The Certificate of Recognition states: Be it known that the Academic Board has evaluated the Curricula of Blue Marble University, Roseau, Commonwealth of Dominica, and finds the Curricula equivalent to that of regionally accredited universities in the United States of America.
California University FCE is a member of The American Evaluation Association recommended by the United States Department of Education. California University FCE does not issue college degrees per se, but degree equivalency, which requires the same scope and breadth of knowledge as someone who has actually completed a nationally or regionally accredited college program. California University FCE equivalency-degree evaluations are generally accepted for immigration as well as Federal, State and private employment.

And, as we stated above, most other professional foreign education evaluators will find our PhD degrees equivalent to US degrees, in that many of our students have used other reviewers to achieve the same result.
